Nanobit as an example for best practice in STEAM

We were pleased to welcome a delegation from the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences, the Polytechnic of Šibenik, the civil society organization ODRAZ and the Association for the Development of ‘do-it-yourself’ Culture – Radiona. Our guests are “STEM for a sustainable future” project partners who recognize Nanobit as an example for best practice in the areas of innovation, creativity, science, technology and social awareness.

The visit started with a meet and greet and office tour, during which our guests were introduced to the different teams and departments and they also had an overview of the game-making process. The Pac-Man zone is where everyone gathered to listen to the presentations “Nanobit unfold: the story of its success” and “Life at Nanobit” delivered respectively by Dominik Šafaric, Project Manager and a Marko Pelesk, Employer Branding Assistant. The presentations were followed by a QA session during which our audience showed much interest in our games, business development and company culture.

The project “STEM for a sustainable future” aims to build the capacity of civil society organizations, students and other interested young people by using modern educational methods in the fields of STEM, STEAM, sustainable development, critical and creative thinking.
