What do a Lead Developer, a Game Producer and a Project Manager have in common? They all came to Nanobit as students!

We all have to start somewhere, yet launching your career somewhere that rewards growth is real game changer! At Nanobit, we seek to ensure equal career development opportunities, as well as an inclusive work environment for all our team members! Interns, students and juniors – they are all part of our team from day one and they do get the support they need to thrive and reach their career goals.

In this context, our colleagues Lana Lisjak, Senior Game Developer, Branimir Trkeš, Project Manager and Sebastijan Sušnjar, Game Producer share their growth journey at Nanobit: from students to Team Leads.

In Nanobit, 98% of students stay to work after graduation, and those who show interest progress and even change careers within the company if they decide that they are more interested in something else.

Sebastijan Šušnjar, Game Producer

For the first year at Nanobit, every junior gets assigned a mentor, so there will never  be 'throwing in the fire' because there is a mentor who will help and ultimately save the day, if necessary. A lot is expected of juniors, but they always have the support of a their mentors.

Lana Lisjak, Senior Game Developer

I try to help new colleagues to progress not only because of the great ideas new members can contribute with, but also for them to reach their personal satisfaction. If they are interested in the tasks I work on, I am very happy to give them an insight on how to perform them and what competencies they need.

Branimir Trkeš, Project Manager
